I called early in the day to explain that I had a dishwasher that wouldn't drain and that I suspected that the cause was glass in the impeller pump. Alex confirmed that he had the OEM pump in stock and also had an aftermarket version which was half-price. Furthermore, Alex thoughtfully explained what the total cost of parts and labour would be - and that if the pump wasn't the problem that he would revert to charging his base service fee. We scheduled a visit for later that evening between 4-6 pm, he called when he was on his way and arrived on time.

Super courteous leaving hi shoes outside and wearing the obligatory COVID mask, Alex went straight to work and repaired the pump and tested the machine in about 45 minutes.
