(September 14, 2020, 5:22 pm)Kevin is an outstanding, honest, hard working detailed orientated property manager. We have a couple of rental with Kevin and they all have been handled very professionally by Kevin.
He has a great team of trades people who is reliable and honest as well to get things done if you need it.
Kevin also really cares about the units he manages like it was his own and will go thru minutes and give you heads up on stuff that he feels might be concerning or need to know about information.
We have not had any issues with the renters Kevin has placed for us as he does his homework and does not just cut corners and places people for the sake of a pay check.
It is such a blessing to have Kevin work for you as a property manager and worth every penny and more. Kevin take away the timely attention needed to properly run a rental so I can actually focus on my own agenda and do what I need do to increase revenue, get more production and have a better family life in my own life and business.
