Exit New Westminster Escape Room

So much fun, the staff there are just the sweetest. They will ensure that you enjoy your experience there.

Rooms aren't posted on their site in the right difficulty, I booked the toy story room. And once I said I don't know how kids could do this, the staff replied it's one of our hardest rooms.

Kinda ghetto inside the rooms, they could give you a bit more lighting to be able to even see the clues.

It's fun, but meh

I've been to my fair share of exit locations in the lower mainland, and Exit New West is the best location a girl could ever ask for!! I made a booking about a week ago with my friend for the Infinity and Beyond room, and it was such an amazing experience we had to book the Black ops one right after! Both rooms were well designed and worked perfectly. Sadly, we didn't manage to complete either room, but we came awfully close! The experience was still great, so we had to come back a second time with some more of our friends. We did the Jumanji room which was just as phenomenal as the previous two. The four of us managed to finish this room! Different staff were working on both days but the customer service was very very well rounded. Not only were they all extremely helpful, they were friendly and cared for our safety/well being by following proper sanitary/safety procedures. They were extremely patient with our questions and insightful whenever we asked for more information. Hands down, the sweetest and best trained staff I have seen. I would recommend doing the Infinity and beyond room. It is a challenge worth taking! Definitely will be coming back here again and keep up the good work!
