Great staff and very safe in this crazy, Covid era. Stephen is great and explains everything as he does his treatment and the booking system is easy. If you need a physiotherapist who does shockwave treatments, I highly recommend Royal City Physio.

Great place, staff friendly ,treatment has been very good. Stephen is very knowledgeable and has been helpful with multiple issues that I have. I would recommend everyone to go here for treatment. I have had multiple surgeries and have been to many physio's, The best so far !

The best physio I've been to! Stephen has fixed multiple issues with me. He is very precise in his assessment and spends the time explaining the issue and the approach/exercises he is going to use to fix it.

First went to him for my post shoulder surgery rehab. Usually takes 4-6 months for full recovery but I was able to make a full recovery in 3.5 months.

Then was having issues with TFL and IT band on my left hip when squatting. Fixed that and then few months after started having pain on my right hip during squats. For almost a year I tried fixing this right hip pain issue on my own thinking it was the same as the left hip. Eventually I gave up squatting. But recently I went back to Stephen and with his in-depth analysis he figured out that it was my rec fem muscle this time. And after 6 weeks of seeing him and doing the exercises I was able do heavy squats again without any pain!
