I spoke with the general manager and she has gone above and beyond to address the situation, and to make the necessary corrections moving forward. She was not dismissive about the situation and she took the time to explain the situation and how she felt we can move forward in a positive way. Definitely great that the general manager takes the time to actually address the issue. It’s too bad that initial interactions can leave such a lasting impression of the company as a whole, since the gm was a pleasure to deal with.

If I could give this company a ‘0’ I would. I am supporting a client with a developmental disability and he has trouble speaking clearly, but if you are patient enough then you will hear him. The operator said ‘I can’t understand you’, so I began to speak on my clients behalf and the operator just hung up. My client called again and then when I explained to him to just be patient, he said “I GOT 30 CALLS EVERY FEW MINUTES, I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR THAT”. Imagine a customer service rep that doesn’t have 30 seconds to listen to a person with a disability. I’m thinking I should even report this to human rights tribunal!

Fast and efficient, cabs are clean and you can feel that they are sprayed down in between passengers. Well at least the cabs I have traveled in. In New Westminster and Burnaby they are the only cab company I call.
