We don't remember how we were introduced to Stephen 10 years ago when we relocated to Canada from Asia, but we sure are glad we did! Being in a foreign country with no friends or family, we had to put our trust in Stephen to find us our first house to call home for this young family. His patient, non pushy demeanor instantly was a hit and we eventually found something that ticked ALL our boxes!

Fast forward 10 years , 10 Christmas cards later + continual emails sharing nearby listings, we rang Stephen that it was time for us to move on. He was on it immediately, created professional and beautiful photos & virtual (I love the dollhouse view especially!), then we dropped the bomb at the 11th hour that we changed our minds about selling. Stephen was nothing but supportive and didn't make us feel like ungrateful idiots for pulling the plug. (btw we offered to pay for the photos etc) This guy was even more special than we thought!

6 months later, Stephen gets an email that it's time (again). He's on it straightaway, as always he answers all his emails and texts super efficiently (dude, your family can't be too happy about that?!), he uses his knowledge to decide our best listing price, his FOR SALE sign is expensive high quality stuff (wait till you see the brochures), his write ups are catchy, his open houses are nuts, the offers that come in - incredible. SOLD!

We recently worked with Stephen on the purchase of a new house and sale of our current house, and were ecstatic with the results. He was confident and continually assured us that everything was going to be okay. He knows the market really well and somehow has an intuition about how it's all going to work out. Sure enough, we ended up getting a house for a good deal, and for the sale of our current home, ended up in a multiple offer scenario, got over asking, and made a new sales record for the neighbourhood. I found the selling/buying process quite stressful, but Stephen's reassurance and cool-dude attitude made everything better. He was very relatable and was easily able to calm my nerves. My fiance and I were introduced to Stephen by a colleague and were absolutely blown away by the experience. We had previously listed our Coquitlam condo in April 2019 with a different agent, had over 30 showings, only one low-ball offer, and ended up pulling the listing. In April 2020, we decided to list our condo again, as our new home was nearing completion. We hired Stephen in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown, and with the state of the market, we were prepared to be patient. Stephen immediately went to work: virtual home staging consultation, professional photography, Matterport (3D tour), and had our unit professionally measured. Upon listing, he promptly fielded all of the interest and spent 45min+ with each buyer that toured our unit. He worked so incredibly hard and got us an accepted offer only 3 days after listing! Again, this is all during a pandemic!
