I had a pleasure working with Tantus Towers sales department recently! It was so good I can’t even express myself. Let me start from the beginning. First contact - fill the form, next day - approved, next day viewing, and right after that lease agreement signing. Smooth, fast, straight to the point! Big thanks to the management and Jasmine! You guys made my year!!!

Finding a new place to call home can be a huge headache, but we found our experience with Capreit to be seamless, and have found a place we’re really happy with. Thanks to the help of Amanda, the process, from inquiring about vacancies to looking at places, to signing the lease to be a great and headache-free experience. She was nothing but friendly, full of knowledge, answered all of our questions, worked around our schedules and even helped us to get our top pick of places. Would highly recommend to a friend!

I live here 3 yrs now and honestly really like the current management. Super friendly, if I have a problem they fix it. The building is safe, neighbours are respectful and friendly. Before covid happened we they would organize a tenant appreciation night in the lobby with pizza, snacks and pop. I live this idea and it's a great way to meet your neighbours. I saw the reviews and felt a positive more up to date one was needed cause this is honestly a really nice place to live. Bonus...they allow pets!
