A&D Demolition and Asbestos Removal

We had a great experience with A&D for asbestos remediation prior to a home renovation project.
The work included vermiculite removal in a difficult to access framed box above a bathtub, and removal of rec room popcorn ceiling - challenging since it was sprayed directly on plywood. Both rooms still neded to be used after the remediation so care needed to be take not to damage other parts of the room; especially challenging given a glass tub door that stayed in place during the work.
All work was performed to my complete satisfaction and even execeded my expectations in terms of timeline. Enough people were present to complete all the work within a day, while ensuring we were able to remain in clean part of the house. They were courteous and very well coordinated.

Shahram was an absolute pleasure to meet with, and responsible in seeing the project through. His price was most competitive.

After completion the area was left almost completely clean. There were a few remaining spots on the floor which should have been cleaned as part of the work, however did not pose much problem to remove on my own. On the ducts in the ceiling there was asbestos containing tape that was not visible before the work started. I would have preferred to have been made aware of this and given the option to include in the removal. Perhaps his team need to be instructed to identify such situations and report back during the work. I would recommend future customers to explicity request this.
