I called Saturday morning. I had a leak in my upstairs toilet, every time it flushed water was leaking into the basement suite. I won’t go into details here but let’s just say “DIRTY WATER” Super Bowl party was scheduled for the next day if I couldn’t get this fixed on Saturday my party would’ve been canceled. Lawrence showed up a couple hours after I called, assessed the situation went to the store bought the appropriate parts re-piped refitted my bathroom toilet. Cut out the downstairs pipe replaced all the old copper with PVC. Needless to say he saved the party. He was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Lawerance went above and beyond with his explanation of the work that was required. He carried out a series of jobs we needed done in an efficient, tidy and professional manner. As a bonus Lawerence was friendly and assisted us to source an item we need for a future plumbing job.
Lawerence is our new “ go to” plumber!
