We had Chris and his team build our family home 1 1/2 years ago. The crew are great and did a really nice job.
Down side, some of the sub trades were terrible but Chris and crew made sure things were fixed. The sub contractors who excelled were the painters, tile guys, concrete crew, cabinet installers and electricians.
The usual minor imperfections (screw pops etc) were, for the most part fixed, others are on schedule in the near future (after the house settled)
Came in a bit over budget but on schedule.
In a few areas Chris went the "extra mile" to add elements that were not on the plans and were small BUT made a difference in the overall feel.
Really feels like home!
