Need to compliment the customer service I received here this morning from Cat! She was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I didn't know there were free add ins to help top up ur daily vitamins/ add on to your supps. She helped me pick out what was best for my day moving forward and continued a pleasant conversation!

In addition, I greatly appreciate the hours this spot is open till, one of the only nutrition places in the area that's operating before 10am. Yummy smoothies!

The staff who work here are lovely but there are never enough of them. Anytime you try to get a smoothie here, there are usually at least 2 people already waiting and a long line of people that will show up after you -- I'd argue a chunk of them will leave without ordering because it takes so long. I don't know if prioritizing UberEats and delivery apps is the issue or if there just aren't enough people to go around but it's pretty bad.
