I put a HUGE scratch in my jaguar...pretty upsetting and looked terrible. These guys did an absolutely amazing job, it looks brand new and you'd never know there was a scratch at all. They also walked me through every step of the process even though I don't know much about cars, took photos and showed me how everything worked, and even washed my car and detailed the inside without me asking. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They clearly have a ton of experience (I think Mark said he's been doing it for 47 years). The cost came out lower than I expected too, which was nice. Highly recommend!!

Mark and his team are outstanding. Based on the incredible projects in his shop, the team is clearly very capable of taking on any project and bringing a car to show room quality.

But I didn't need a show piece. I drive an economy car.

I bought a used car after getting in an accident a few months back. The one issue was that it had a little body damage on the rocker bar and some scratches in the paint. I took it to a couple of other places to get a sense of the cost and was told "we only bring it back to perfect so you will be satisfied". Perfect was $6000. I bought the car for $7000.

I didn't need perfect - the car worked fine and was structurally sound, it just needed a touch up so it didn't rust. Mark agreed and for a very reasonable price made it so that you'd have to really be looking to see where it had issues. He even found that he couldn't do the job with touch up paint as expected and, rather than upselling me and making his under-estimation my problem, he just had the team do a proper paint job for the same price that he quoted me for a touch up.

Pragmatic, honest, and willing to do the job that best suits the customer's needs. I will tell everyone I know to take their car here until the end of time.

I've taken my car twice to Mark and his team at Classic Collision. I can't provide more than five stars, but would if I could... this is due to the amazing work and attention to quality. They may take a little longer to turn things around, but that is because they do the work needed to bring it back to perfect. They have great loaner cars, great communication, and an encyclopedic knowledge of the auto-body industry. Classic Collision is outstanding!
