I've had 3 sessions with Cristina over the last couple of months, and they have been incredibly beneficial in helping me on my path to a becoming healthier and happier with my body. Thanks to her, I finally feel like I know what I'm doing, and that I'm actually on the right path.
Results driven, takes time to understand short/long term goals but most importantly excellent finding pitfalls & customizing strategies/approaches for short & long term success. My sport is demanding, requiring stamina, strength, endurance and while that may sound straight forward it's not, it can be a bit of a science ensuring your firing on all cylinders, literally.
I really enjoyed learning from Cristina though the 4 session package I purchased. She was very helpful in helping me put together a reliable and realistic long term plan, not just a quick diet for a few months. The best part of our time together was learning some tools to get better at making food choices on my own - I feel better and have more energy now.
For anyone considering working with a dietician, I would highly recommend booking time with Cristina.
I had some very difficult issues with my digestive tract and did my own search for a dietician. I was very fortunate to find Ms. Sutter. She is the knowledgeable professional and really helped me get back on track with understanding my body. She guided me back into a healthy lifestyle and balanced, high fibre diet. While my priority was lower GI health, I lost 35 pounds during the past 7 months and have been keeping it off with Cristina's expert guidance and gentle challenges to meet and exceed my goals. Walking my AussieDoodles 7-10 kilometres a day also helps, and I couldn't have done int without your positivity and encouragement. Thanks, Cristina!
