Alexandra is warm and welcoming. Her space is nice and clean. Her products are perfect for my hair and a joy to use. And of course the haircut is spot on! She was quick and intuitive when cutting and I always felt considered but not burdened with the direction the shape needed to take. And it can be tricky to cut curly hair.
