This experience has changed my life! Aphroditi is my technician and she is the absolute best! It took me many years to get the courage to do something about my unwanted hair. When I finally took the first steps to accomplish that Aphroditi was there to put me at ease and answer all my questions. Since that first consultation the improvement is amazing. I have been attending Edita D. at the West Vancouver location since April of 2017. I have always found Edita to be extremely gentle, kind, courteous and professional in her dealings with me.
In fact, in her absence due to illness from one of our scheduled sessions I had to be treated by another person and found her to be quite rough in the treatment process and her "bedside manner" was not exactly warm and friendly.
I am greatful that I have met Edita and that she is assisting me in my personal health goal to become "hair free for life".

I started electrolysis a year ago in the West Van location. I am Transgender and needed a lot of facial hair to be treated. Edita was very honest about the procedure and the expected results. She was knowledgeable about Transgender issues in general, and was extremely cautious and considerate in finding the correct settings to accommodate my personal pain threshold. I go there about 4 hours a month, and I have had decent results thus far without any pain medications, thanks primarily to Edita's approach. Her manual dexterity is very developed, and she has the ability to work steadily whilst making polite conversation, which makes the whole experience more than pleasant. The studio is always clean and tidy, and the equipment is top notch.

I've had great results with Jade Electrolysis in West Vancouver and recommend it to anyone who is considering permanent hair removal. Specifically, I've been working with Edita during the last year, and she's great.

I highly recommend Edita at Jade. She is a pleasure to chat with (I can't believe I actually look forward to an electrolysis appointment but I do with Edita). She is very professional, always on time and always concerned with her clients. She knows a lot about skin, is great at sensitive areas and takes care to get her clients the results they are looking for.
