Classes with Jen are consistently challenging, varied and interesting. I've been doing her classes for about 3 years and I have yet to be bored! She has great energy that keeps you engaged and smiling and looking forward to your next class. Thanks for keeping me strong Jen!
Jen is wonderful - so genuine, knowledgable, and fun! I just finished Level 1 of the post-partum program with Jen. I can highly recommend! The program that is aimed at strengthening the muscle groups that suffered most during pregnancy and birth. I had been very active before getting pregnant but am still glad I started with level 1 since I learned a lot about deep muscle engagement. That's so crucial for a strong core and as a basis upon which I can now build. Can't wait to start level 2.
Also, I LOVE Axel (Jen's dog) who sometimes gets a guest appearance :-)
Lead an active lifestyle but need to balance it out? New mom, or not-new mom, needing to strengthen and move? Stay hydrated, foam roll and take Jen’s classes! After having tried many online classes during this pandemic, I keep going back to Jen’s. Every class has a focus on core and mobility, and I always end up sweating and having the good boost of endorphins that is so needed. Jen has a wealth of knowledge about anatomy and movement, and intentionally cues alignment, breathing and pace. Highly recommend ! Thanks Jen !
I love Coach Jen, she knows what's up when it comes to training, makes it fun and interesting and keeps the challenges coming. She's got a sneaky way for making you think it'll be a chill workout but then it gets tough and really rewarding! Her on-demand workouts are awesome, lots of great info and resources!
I actually find it easier to work out now that there's a pandemic. Is that weird?? Seriously though, I don't have to leave my house and can meet Jen (and my sister) on-line to get a workout in before the kids have to head to school. It not only saves me time, but having the accountability piece keeps me motivated to show up each class. Not to mention that Jen is very thoughtful with her workouts, with great tips on form and modifications for all bodies. I always feel refreshed and more flexible, rather than tired and stiff like other gym classes used to make me feel. Jen's classes work for my 40 year old body in a way that keeps me going throughout the day and keeps me mentally healthy, too! It's become a routine in my week that I hate to miss! I highly recommend trying out one of her classes!
