I highly recommend Jennifer McIntosh Counselling. Her therapeutic approach is a great fit for people looking for compassionate and empathetic support. In our work together we processed stored trauma, soothed anxiety, and I was given a safe space to feel listened to and understood on my healing journey. Jennifer helped me at a time in my life when I was experiencing extreme panic and psychological distress, and I am forever grateful for her guidance in helping me navigate through that time in my life.
