Ken is a professional home inspector who has been very thorough in his practice. Ken took literally hundreds of pictures and spent enough time post-inspection to go over the issues he found. He also suggested possible solutions and estimated costs to get the issues fixed and the urgency of doing so.
Ken arrives on time and provided an enough report to clearly address the issues. I would certainly use Ken for as long as he is still practicing his professional business.
