Steve and his crew are awesome! Very honest and professional at what they do. Highly recommend for all your automotive repair needs!
I was in this place two times, first time for oil and filter change and second time for Starter replacement .Steve and the team are great people and performed amazing job, I'm so happy with the result , for this reason I highly recommend this workshop. Thank you so much Steve.
I've been here twice and both times I received good service. The first time was a brake replacement. Steve explained any problems he found and the cost ahead of undertaking the repairs. Second time was an oil change, wiper blade replacement and belt change. The price was good and Steve took time to show me the condition of the old parts he was replacing.
Incidentally they have good wifi and the free coffee is ok. Worth knowing if you wait for the job to be done.
The manager, Steve, was absolutely amazing. We brought our van in because it was making a strange noise while we drove. He spent some time diagnosing, and determined that it was the alternator, which was installed about one month ago, from the Dodge Langley dealership. Not only did they install it incorrectly, but it was enormously rusty and old. Steve took the time to show us the alternator, and explained why it needed to be fixed. He was also kind enough to draft a message in the invoice explaining that the alternator was faulty and installed incorrectly. Without his doing so, we would not have been able to get the alternator replaced by Dodge. We are extremely grateful as this is a wheelchair van, which helps us transport our disabled son around. We have always felt well taken care of by the people at Minit Tune in North Vancouver. We highly recommend them and will be sure to make Minit Tune our first stop from now on.
