Paul helped us buy our first home, in North Vancouver. When we started off the search, we were not exactly sure about what we wanted but we gradually narrowed it down after looking at different places and neighbourhoods. Paul was always patient and never pushy in trying to get us to buy. He listened to us, offered good suggestions and is very knowledgeable. We used Paul to find our new home as well as sell our current one. It took the better part of a year to find the home we were looking for in the neighborhood we wanted, and Paul was there for us the whole time. He was patient and wanted us to find the right place, not just buy the first place that came along. He handled the entire process with minimal involvement to us, and he interfaced with the builder on numerous questions and decisions. When it came time to sell our place, Paul performed a comprehensive market evaluation, including a recommended selling price and marketing plan. He suggested changes to make our place most saleable, and also brought in a professional photographer to take photos. These looked great on his website, in the newspaper, and in post cards that went around the neighborhood. Our place sold in 3 days within 1% of our asking price.

Paul is very detail oriented and organized. He presented us with a comprehensive document package of all the paperwork we needed to maintain for our files for our new home. Paul is also easy to reach, quick to respond, and eager to help. ' have no problem recommending him to others for their real estate needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul for the sale of my Townhouse in Port Moody in 2011 and subsequent purchase of my downtown Condo in the West End the following year.
