Our trawler has a long term service record with Pleasurecraft Marine .We recently incurred a catastrophic engine failure and Grant and his team had our backs .
They promptly dispatched their service vessel and towed our stricken vessel to their repair facility .Pleasurecrafts comprehensive service policies and their complementary service records facilitated Grants successful espousal of our claim through our insurance carrier .
Grants team were masterful in the complicated install of a new propulsion system and related technologies .
Pleasurecraft were highly communicative through the entire process and without question their approach was comprehensive without compromise .
