Though my experience was a few summers ago, this was my experience.
I was on a recent holiday in Vancouver/Whistler. I spent the day in Whistler, and when I returned to my car I notice that someone had backed into my hitch step that was mounted to my receiver. The only thing that was keeping the step aligned was a cheap plastic bushing. The person who backed into the hitch step broke the bushing, and as a result misaligned the step. I did a guick Google search to try and find a place that could weld my hitch step permanently to the hitch. My search ended up with Radius industrial. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, even offering directions etc. to the business.
Tracy passed me on to a young gentleman(Anthony) who worked there, and I explained what I needed done.
I said I would be there in around 1 hours time. When I arrived I showed Anthony what I needed done and he started right away on the job. In all it took about 30.min. They have a shop rate of about $120. an hour, so the bill came to about $55.

I ended up talking to Tracy for about 10 min or so, and explained how someone had hit my hitch and that I was from out of town. I asked about things to do and see around the Vancouver area, and she was quite eager to help.

I would definitely go back if ever in the need of anything equipment related

Brad and the owner Bruce are great sources of knowledge and are always willing to help when it comes to renting urban forestry equipment such as their airspade or chipper/stump grinders. When I purchased my chipper, they made sure to provide awesome customer service both before and after the sale.

Bonny runs the arborist supplies/gear section of the shop and always goes above and beyond to offer help for our gear acquisition. She'll keep you safe in the tree!

Great people to deal with! Bonnie, who runs the showroom, has been assisting me for years and is always a pleasure to deal with! Bruce is also great to deal with, he goes above and beyond to assist and give honest advice! Highly recommend this shop.
