Regency Distributors

A real pleasure to deal with. I was looking at getting an Air Oasis air purifier and was told they were an authorized dealer. After looking at their website I was a little skeptical about dealing with Regency Distributors due to the very poor website functionality. I figured since they appeared to be the only Canadian dealer for Air Oasis I'd give them a chance, and I was not disappointed. They're response to my price inquiry was very prompt and the lady that called me back was very interested in my situation to make sure she sold me the right product. In fact, she actually down sold me to a less expensive air purifier.
After giving my credit card information I immediately received an email with my invoice and multiple other emails regarding the status of my order throughout the day. By end of day (Tuesday) I received my Canada Post tracking number, and by end of day Friday I had the product in my hands ( I live in Winnipeg).
When I received my package I almost didn't want to open it due to the care that went into wrapping it.
I haven't had my air purifier to review how well the product works, but I think that's an issue for Air Oasis not Regency Distributors. I will defiantly be doing business with them again.
