Working with Kevin from Rethink Property Management has been a great experience. Being a first time landlord was a little overwhelming but with his guidance and expertise we were able to find great tenants. We don't even worry about the property anymore knowing that Kevin has an eye on everything for us and is actively managing the property in our best interest.

I hired Rethink Property Management to for their Full Management service and was not disappointed. They were incredibly helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and concerns, as this was my first rental property, but Kevin was comfortably able to answer or address all of them, and that really put me at ease.
