I purchased the hypnotherapy videos off the website - I live in Ontario - and have to say it is some of the most helpful I have experienced. I LOVE the 'Letting go of thoughts...' one particularly. I use it for relaxation as well as getting to sleep and find it extremely soothing - particularly the visualization of the white room...
I had a wonderful Skype session with Suzanne. I really enjoyed her you tube videos and guided meditations which lead me to contacting her in conjunction with our first IVF treatment which worked wonders as we got first time lucky and got pregnant a few weeks after our session together which was really powerful. I can only highly recommend working with Suzanne. She is warm and highly professional*!
