The Boardroom

It was January and I needed to get my boa snowboard boots fixed. I originally went to a different ski and board shop to see how much the repairs would cost. The shop said it would take 24 hours and $100 to get my BOAs repaired. I decided to check with the boardroom to see what they thought. The staff at The Boardroom repaired my boots in 10 minutes free of charge (they told me that my boots have a lifetime guarantee and the other company was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge). The quality of repair and the trustworthy customer service will have me going back to the boardroom.

Amiable staff, astute knowledge, keen to procure my business through going above and beyond in an attempt to bring something in for me. Also 36" tall pants! Us taller people appreciate having an option to purchase something we like in our size.

Very accommodating, have been going to this location for years for my skate gear. Often have specials and deals going on, the pants and shoes unbeknownst to me were both on sale, bonus.

Was there today to buy some goggles for the upcoming season. A dude named Justin was helping me when I came in. He was super knowledgeable and really really friendly. No pressure, answered all my questions and was helpful. Dude is freaking awesome. Give him a raise!!
