Great service and the deliveries are always on time. I’ve only had one small issue with an order and they went above and beyond my expectations to resolve it. The convenience combined with the customer service make it a no brainer for my work meals.
I’m a fan of popcorn chicken for a mess free on the go meal, and then peanut Thai and the curry bowl for more of a sit down meal, they’re both DELICIOUS and I don’t feel like garbage after eating them.
I’d also recommend their oatmeal protein balls (Forget what their called on the menu). They’re delicious and just an easy source of some quick calories when you’re on the go.

Meals are well portioned. Always fresh and perfectly cooked. There was a billing discrepancy today which was handled very professionally. Vancouver muscle meals have helped me drop 25lbs and saves me a ton of time not having to shop and prep my own meals. If time is worth more than money I highly suggest you check them out.

Great service and selection as always! My husband and I have tried numerous meals and love these guys! We would recommend them to any of or friends and family whether they are in prep or busy professionals.

Food is amazing!! Super healthy, i always feel great after eating it, well priced and great service! I always get what i ordered, never any fuss! Best meal prep service out there!!
