This is a great place to live but there is a co-op next to ours know as the blue co-op there not that nice

My wife and I lived in the adult building years ago and we enjoyed it very much. Neighbours were great. There was a vacancy in the adult building in early 2018 and as I was 76 I thought I may qualify as we were not looking for subsidies. However, because we had just came back into Canada 6 months before we did not qualify from a financial point of view. I have two pensions and my wife had a good paying part time job; she now has a permanent position. Anyway, I offered to pay the deposit and a years 'rent" in advance. The head person would not sanction it. I and my wife were well liked when we lived there and did more than our fair share of work; but sometimes your money is just not good enough. LOL

Great place to live and it has a wonderful environment for the kids.
