The Garage Door Depot of Greater Vancouver

The Garage Door Depot was excellent. Responded quickly. Sent someone out right away. Great, friendly, service and a decent price. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Contacted Garage Door Depot and received a competitive price and outstanding service for replacing the garage door motor. Dave (the technician) is knowledgeable, friendly and also share with me some very good tips on maintaining the garage door and the other parts. Highly recommending their service.

Just had our commercial overhead door fixed up. It was a difficult installation, but Dave did an awesome job. He cares a great deal about his work and customer service. Can't say enough about him. Had a great experience with Garage Door Depot.

Our garage door springs kept breaking so we decided to use a different company. They weighed our door and were advised that the springs previously installed were for a much lighter door.
They did a great job. Arrived on time and grateful that the tech knew what he was doing!

I sincerely believe Garage Depot is an awesome company, especially the people answering calls for service who deserve my perfect score when it comes to customer service! The job was well done and speedy as well. 2 things to really improve on:

1. People are worried during COVID, at least offer to wear a mask or ask if you're not sure during service

2. I am still waiting for my receipt after a week, making me wonder if after service can be an issue if I need follow ups.
