MY REVIEW IS SIMPLE HIRE THIS COMPANY...Period. Absolutely awesome service, a prior inspector for same home did not identify - asbestos issue, 2 foundation issues, roof issues, plumbing issues and a myriad more.
I had 2nd inspection done by this company as was thinking of selling and wanted to know what I needed to fix. After I got it the report, I decided not to sell until I got these all fixed as I would have wasted my time and got a low low offer.
The report & attitude & help was outstanding. I am considering suing the other company - The widest known pillar of the inspection business for the lack of information 95% of the issues were in the house when I purchased it!
They are often recommended by real estate salespeople - guess why!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I just had an inspection done by Ray and he was nothing but a friendly professional. He had literally looked into in and out of the apartment from interior to roof and parking and provided a detailed feedback report that goes over all aspects of the building and very useful/helpful info.
