(July 2, 2020, 5:57 pm)I had an issue with my windows and left a message noting my displeasure with the product, the next day I got a call from the owner. Mistakes happen and he assured me this is not normal. After our discussion I was satisfied with the final outcome.
You can rest assured that they take pride in putting out a good product and are quick to respond if you feel that you didn’t get a product you’re happy with.
