Just did a healing meditation and I will definitely be back! It was a beautiful meditation and Lexi is a very talented healer and coach. I feel so calm and at peace now. It was so powerful. My whole body was tingling with positive energy and love in a sense I've never felt, and I kept seeing blue light in the grass around her beautiful space after. Highly recommend! I spent some time with Lexi today learning about mindfulness, breathing and meditation. As a beginner, I learned some very good tips on how to put these new practices in focus and make it a daily priority, to make myself a priority. She was very supportive, encouraging and calming.
