My experience with Atlantis was positive from start to finish. I chose them as our vendor based on reviews like this one and I am happy to provide a review of my experience. From the estimator being thorough and explaining how the process would unfold to the work completed and the clean up provided, everyone was top notch in their work, personality, and professionalism. I would enthusiastically recommend using Atlantis for your insurance claim remediation needs.

We needed a repair for water damage and our insurance agent listed Atlantis Restoration as one of the vendors. Ryan came by and assessed the damage and provided an explanation of the work required to be completed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He also provided tips that’s pull help even if we did not choose to go with Atlantis. He seemed very honest.

Prompt response from Nate and Alex. They are well-organized and have a good action plan. Their project manager, Ryan is also hands-on and very helpful. Admin is also efficient. Atlantis team is the best!

I had a fairly significant flood from a burst bathroom pipe. Bruce and the team at Atlantis was responsible for all of the structural restoration, repairs and painting. Bruce & Laura were super responsive whenever I had questions (which was a LOT) and made sure everything ran on schedule and was completed to my satisfaction. My house looks like my home again!

In November 2020 Atlantis co-ordinated the restoration work and debris removal caused by a leak in my 3 year old condo in Coquitlam. Bruce and Nicolas carried out the work highly professionally and very fast. They were on time to the minute at each visit, and their admin staff handled the scheduling and paperwork smoothly. They made us feel at ease, with no surprises down the road. I would gladly use their service again and highly recommend them.
