Tom and team did an exemplary job on our renovation. My family and I wanted to take advantage of the increasing real estate market and saw an opportunity to try investing in real estate for the first time. We were able to complete the project and help make a sizable profit on this investment. The property as completed has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms with two bonus rooms for an office or study/game room. The house is situated in Willow Glen on about 10,000 square foot lot with 3,999 square feet of living space.
Tom and the team were able to help a first-time investor like me through the whole process. Every step of the way, from the architect, interior design, material selection, and final inspection, I was met with true professionalism.
My favorite part of the home has to be the decor, especially the fireplace. All of the interior design work done by the team was to perfection.
