(July 27, 2016, 3:53 pm)I've been training in the adult class under Sean for a year. My daughters (9 and 4) both train in his kids class. Sean is insightful about martial arts, fitness and general health. The classes are fun, challenging and about personal growth. Great for beginners who want to try it out in a positive environment. Highly recommend.
