(January 11, 2018, 7:22 pm)I had to make an emergency call around 8pm. They promptly answered the call and walked me through the situation to confirm if it was/wasn't an emergency. When we realized it was not, a visit was arranged for a couple of days later.
The tech arrived on time and quickly completed the work. He was happy to answer questions too. The cost was reasonable and no extra/unusual fees charged.
I see a complaint from Simon Hardy-Francis about a fee to give a quote. IMO, this is a poor reason to give a low rating. Reality is, highly rated electricians are in demand and giving quotes still cost the company $$. I check this rating service to help assess quality of work completed, not just a phone call.
