Kai went way above and beyond his job description to help me secure my property on a lake up north, it was the mortgage from hell, the bank tried backing out of my financing, but Kai helped me find a good lawyer and the bank had to finance me, I needed various inspections , this was not Kai's job, but he stepped up and made all arrangements and we got all inspections done on time.
