Kumar Auto Service

Our family has been going to Kumar for the last 20 year's, always get excellent service. Our family has since relocated to Burnaby we still make the trek to Poco to have our vechicles serviced. I would highly recommend using Kumar for any kind of vechicle.

They provide good service and explained to me everything in detail that needed to be done while also not charging erroneous amounts of money like bit brand name shops. As a student, I can't afford much to fix my car and they helped me fix it in multiple rounds to make it a little more financially feasible. Even when they tried to fix my A/C and it stopped working a few months later, they didn't charge me to check the A/C again (as it turns out it was leaking and should have been checked for leaks a week after it was fixed as opposed to when it stopped working again). They're two nice guys who own a small business and it's nice to support where I can, especially during the trying months of Covid-19.

My family has been bringing our vehicles to Kumar Auto since 2000 - Ford Windstar (x2) F150, Isuzu Trooper, BMW 328, Acura MDX (2005), Acura MDX (2012) and we have referred to Kumar as well - We still continue to bring our MDX to Kumar Auto - We were recently provided with a quote from Kal Tire to replace our Struts etc... the estimate was $2100.00 - I sent the quote to Kumar and he said he would complete the job at 20% less than their quote - Herman and Ajit ordered the parts and we dropped off the vehicle for the 24hr job - to our delight we were informed the next day that it was only the sway bars that required replacing - the total bill = $338.00! Thats the honesty that has brought my family to Kumar Auto for the last 20 years - Honest, quality work every time - Thanks Ajit and Herman at Kumar Auto!

Known Kumar for a few years. He's honest and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Would recommend to others.
