Hot water tank leaking and need for quick response. Chose this company because of "reviews" and was not disappointed. Sam was excellent and completed the installation of a new tank and removal of the old one in a quick and efficient fashion. As the client was a senior citizen, Sam went the extra mile and helped her with another issue that he identified and promptly attended to. An example of going above and beyond. Much appreciated. My 18 year old furnace stopped working. I contacted Sam and with his good advice we decided to go with a new furnace. They came early the next morning. Sam and his son Michael worked hard all day and finished in the afternoon. They cleaned the work area and also took the old furnace. Well done. I will highly recommend them. We noticed a leak on our hot water tank which we had for the past 11 years. I called around to get a quote and not just after reading such great reviews, but also after receiving the most compatible quote, we decided to go ahead with Prime Tech. Sam came on the same day to install a new hot water tank and he was very professional, pleasant, and friendly. There were additional things we had to get and he was honest about what was necessary and what was optional.
