(January 30, 2022, 11:10 pm)I attended an online webinar that Sarah did on sleep and autism and it was fantastic! Sarah is such a great presenter - well organized and easy to listen to. The session was packed with great information and practical tips that we could apply right away. I loved how she incorporated both her expertise as an occupational therapist and as a sleep coach. The information on the sensory component of sleep was particularly helpful for me. I was able to start using some of her sleep suggestions that night and within a week we’ve already been noticing a difference in overall calmness at bedtime.

She supports children to achieve their goals and encourages the family to work and learn together, which results in amazing growth.
