Tony Embroidery

I ordered a custom shirt from Tony Embroidery and after I took it home and tried it on, I discovered it was a bit too small. I went back a couple of days later to try and return it. I had a little speech prepared that I thought I needed to convince them to take it back. When I walked in and started my little speech, the man I ordered the shirt from instantly recognized me. He told me he knew that the original shirt I had purchased was going to be too small as I was leaving and that he had made a new shirt a size larger for me. I was completely blown away by this customer service. I tried on the other shirt in the store and it fit perfectly. Wow, I thought as I left the store feeling so grateful that someone actually cared about giving a customer an experience that fit their expectations. The good news for the store is that they were able to put the other shirt up for sale as it was a design that they had already been selling.

I've been using Tony's Embroidery for a few years now. I've ordered all the company's uniforms through them. They're a great group of people and they do excellent work at very competitive prices. I have referred a few other businesses to them. They're my go to place for my company's uniforms..

Have 'known' Tony online for several years now, and he's been nothing but helpful, kind, generous and friendly. He goes the extra mile to help others. He truly is one of a kind. I wish I could go to his store one day, but it's too far for me, as I live in UK. Keep up the great work Tony. Your fans are all behind you. Wish there were more people like you around.

It was a wonderful experience at Tony's Shop. He is extremely helpful and has a deep passion for what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a first rate job.
