Excellent service, quality repair work was performed on my Life Fitness exercise bike. Kevin was very knowledgeable and after a quick phone conversation I was confident he knows his stuff. I am very happy that I had someone suggest this company. I would highly recommend them.

I inquired about an issue my elliptical machine was having. Kevin responded to my request in a very prompt and professional manner. When I decided that the cost of a repair visit wouldn't be worth it (given the age and cost of my machine), Kevin still followed up with helpful advice. In fact, thanks to his advice, my wife and I were able to repair the machine ourselves! Kevin took the extra time to help us even though there was no profit in it for him. Amazing service. I am beyond impressed. I called to get an opinion on my treadmill that stopped working. Advised what I had and possible issues and the advice that was given wasn’t rushed and next to none. This is a stellar honest run business.
