Westland Insurance

Came in just after dinner and they were busy. Didn't have to wait too long, when I did get in, the gentleman stopped me and sprayed down the seat and wiped the credit card machine. Super neurotic but my OCD subsided. Told them how I wanted to change my insurance before the renewal and he gave me options... my ride ended up costing me about $14 dollars a month more but I have better coverage! Know why they have the ratings they have! Thank you.

Always do my car insurance stuff here, and have always had great service. I was in today to cancel my insurance and the woman giving me service was great, process was quick, and she gave me some good advice. With social distancing right now they only have 2 clients in the office at a time. A family was in when I was there and she asked everyone except the customer to leave, which is super appreciated, as what I needed done was super quick AND following social distancing is very important right now.

Having to file our first claim ever, they walked us through it step by step. Very professional, very friendly.
They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to get us through it.
I am so glad we are their customers.

I am still so impressed by my car renewal from Westland in PoCo. I went to the location not realizing they were closed. As luck would have it the office was locked out and had a locksmith fixing the door, which I mistakenly took for a line-up. But! The gentleman (sorry I wish I could remember his name) who helped me was so nice. He told me to wait by my car and he would get my insurance all ready for me. I am extremely grateful they did not turn me away and my renewal went smoothly. He was also incredibly friendly. I had also submitted an email request and Westland called me to make sure that I had been helped. Overall great company in my opinion!
