Came in with an idea of what car I wanted, and within an hour and a half I was on my way with my new(to me) vehicle. Calvin was very helpful and upfront with any of the questions that I had regarding the vehicle. At no time did I feel that I was being pressured to make a deal or that he had any inclination to lead me astray. Straight shooters, and I appreciated that.

Although the car I bought is rather old('99 Mazda 626), I was pleasantly surprised to see they offered a 3-month/3,000km powertrain warranty baked into the price of the vehicle. Which is not completely unheard of, but it offered me just the right peace of mind to follow through with my decision.

Overall, my experience dealing with the staff was completely no-pressure, friendly and refreshingly honest. There's a reason why they've been in business for over 20 years.
