Christina provided such excellent service. She assisted us two years in a row and we would be more than happy for her to assist us every year. She is really thorough, very professional, and super efficient. Thank you Christina!!

Does not explain their service fees when asked. They just want to get you out the door no matter what.

*EDIT* I have spoken with Christine at H&R Block who was very forthcoming regarding how their fees are charged, and I was offered a 20% off coupon for our filing next year.

I believe my experience to be more indicative of how H&R Block has moved into exclusively drop-off filing. The process now feels much more like a black box, and I feel like we're just expected to believe everything we're told about our filing at face-value.

While my initial visit could have been handled much better, Christine has gone above and beyond in rectifying the problem. I appreciate the extra effort much more than the 20% off coupon.

Very helpful and still willing to help given the circumstances of the world now and kept it super fast and easy to get refund.
