I am very happy with how Knowledgable Mitch was.Not only he helped me recover from my arm pain very fast, I Also learnt quite a few things about How body reacts to pain and manages it. I’d definitely go there if I need a physio again.

Mitch is fantastic! My son started seeing him last month for a sore wrist and he felt immediate relief after the first visit. Mitch taught my son how to both stretch and strengthen the muscles. He even worked on task specific exercises and provided a program to do at home when we completed treatment. His office hours also made it easy for me to book appointments. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Mitch. Mitch helped treat various injuries through a mix of online (thanks to COVID 19) and in person sessions over several months. He was always personable, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping treat my injuries. I truly felt like he was invested in my recovery as evidenced by his follow up contact in between sessions and his inquiries of how I was doing. I've already recommended him to a few friends.

I'm really glad I found KinCoast! I've been treated by a few physiotherapists over the years, some of whom just go straight to treating the problem areas then others who spend more time looking at the whole body and giving you a more holistic, longer lasting treatment and recovery. Ruxi is definitely in that latter camp of physios and I'm really happy with the treatment and service her and Mitch are providing from their clinic.
