I went in for a 1 on 1 consultation and I was so pleased with the experience. Katherine was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to help pick me out my next pair of runners! I have bad knees so I'm really hoping these shoes will help alleviate some of the pain that I feel after a run. But thank you Katherine for your expertise!

Reynaldo was very helpful to help me find some running shoes for my daughter with very narrow feet. He also helped me find a pair for myself. I like how they address any concerns and check your alignment to find you the best fit. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who runs regularly or have alignment/feet issues.

Reynaldo was extremely kind and informative and was extremely patient as I was translating for my mom. They explained things in a very concise and gentle manner and was very informative.

It didn't feel like they were pressuring us into one decision and gave us a variety of options to explore. At then end of the session, we decided to purchase insoles and come back for some at home slippers. It felt as if they had our best intentions at heart and was so helpful and kind from the start to the end of the session. We can't wait to pick up our insoles and look forward to speaking with them again soon!
