I have known Terry for nearly my whole life. He was the person who would come in and take the toys out of our toilets after my sister and I had clogged them with whatever we could find. It's rare that you find a couple kids that are excited when the plumber comes over, However, with Terry it's believable. He would always make us laugh and to this day (17 years later) he is still the same personable, business man that he was then.
