I was dealing with this location monthly yrs back it used to be a great place to deal with, currently they are not living up to previous standards. The girls behind the counter were very helpful however I ordered my parts directly from the Surrey location to be picked up at Port Moody. Brake parts were wrong and finally the replacement parts were missing pcs. Maybe I will wait a few yrs before trying again like I did the last time i had bad dealings with the guy that almost ran the Port Moody location into the ground via theft from customers.

It is a very neat, clean store with very good customer service !! excellent prices fully recommended👍

Super helpful. Allowed to let me walk in and Helped with my need even when the shop was under renovation.

Do not let the looks of this store fool you. These guys are super helpful and willing to spend the time helping you get the correct parts. The prices are great too.
