I recently took a weekend meditation course, as I've been hearing how amazing Regina is for the past few years. Regina holds a unique space. She is grounded, clear, concise & light hearted. I've tried 5 meditation studios in Vancouver & none compare to Regina in Port Moody. I've already signed up for the next level of training. I'm so glad I finally made the trip out!
Signed up for Power of Awareness intro to meditation course and haven’t looked back since. High level class content and personable and knowledgeable instructors create a comfortable space for self growth. I definitely have less stress in my life now that I practice meditation regularly and others have noticed my more relaxed demeanour. Continuing through the course series. Thanks Veracis.

Regina and her teachers are amazing! I have spent the last 3 years taking various meditation courses at Veracis and the experience has been life altering! I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to explore the practice of mindfulness.
I began taking meditation classes from Regina when she first opened Veracis Wellness. I loved them and just continued taking more classes right up to the advanced level. Regina balances serious teaching with humour and lightness. I have also been to a couple of Veracis retreats which were wonderful experiences.
I have moved to Vancouver Island but keep up some semblance of a practice and kept in touch with Regina.
The deep benefit of all those classes and practice became clear after I lost my son, Terry, to suicide in 2010. I remember wondering how I would continue to live, how I could ever feel happiness again. I didn't know it at the time but what I learned from Regina began to help me find my way out of the wilderness of grief. I can look back and clearly see that now.
